Chef Paul Fehribach, owner of Big Jones in Chicago, and Chef Clayton Rollison, owner of The Lucky Rooster Kitchen and Bar on Hilton Head, will be taking part in the Savannah Food and Wine Festival‘s Riverboat Paired Luncheon Cruise. They sit down with us to talk about what we can expect and what it’s like being a part of one of Savannah’s most popular food events.
