(WIAT) — Twitter is launching new tools to combat online harassment. The company will now use a new reporting tool and an improved mute feature.

It appears as a button in the reporting flow so users can mark tweets as hateful. Hate speech has always been against Twitter’s rules, but users can now report it for themselves or other accounts.

Users can also filter out words and phrases they don’t want to see in their mentions.
