In less than a week, the country will decide who will be the nation’s 45th President.
Many voters we spoke with are ready for Decision 2016 to be behind them, so the country can focus on real issues.
They told us Hillary Clinton’s email controversy and the groping accusations surrounding Donald Trump did not affect their decision.
Voters say they blocked out the noise, and voted their conscience.
“I did listen to what was going on, but I had to make my own choice,” says Voter Joan Holmes.
“I’m ready for it to be over, I’m ready to move on,” says Voter Paul Langdon.
A few early voters said their main focus was many of those important congressional seats that are up for grabs.
They think the results of those races could perhaps be even more important than who wins the presidency.
