Man arrested, charged in Yamacraw shooting that injured one

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – Savannah-Chatham Metro Police Department’s Violent Crimes detectives have arrested Wesley Biddings, 31, in connection to the shooting that injured a man on the 400 block of Yamacraw Village on Thursday, September 29.

According to officials, Bidding is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

A second man was also taken into custody after running from the scene of the crime, he, however, will be charged with disorderly conduct not directly related to the shooting, cited officials.
