We’ve been talking about the Smithsonia’s new National Museum of African American History and Culture and the amazing Savannahians who are featured.  Today, we get to meet Jason Miccolo Johnson.
Not only is Jason an award winning photojournalist, he’s also a historian, and professor at Savannah State University.
We go behind the lense to take a look at the man and his incredible work.
