Man arrested for firing gun into Savannah homes

SAVANNAH, Ga. – SCMPD and the U.S. Marshal Service Fugitive Task Force arrested a man who was wanted shooting up multiple houses on Greenwood Street.

33-year-old Kelvin Octavian Biggins was arrested and charged with aggravated assault for firing into several houses in the 1900 block on September 11th.  Police say people were inside and outside one of the homes, including an elderly handicapped man.

Fortunately, no one was hit.

Biggins also faces drug dealing charges.

Police continue to investigate the shooting and ask anyone with information to call Crimestoppers at 912-234-2020.
