CNT busted Savannah man with heroin, cocaine, pot, and guns

SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team busted an alleged Savannah drug dealer Tuesday afternoon.

Agents began investigating 27-year-old Nathaniel “Big Man” Cosby after getting an anonymous CrimeStoppers tip in July.

Undercover agents began buying various drugs from Cosby at different locations along the Skidaway corridor including the Oak Forest neighborhood.

On Tuesday, CNT with the help of Chatham County Deputies, arrested Cosby.  They found large amounts of cocaine, heroin and marijuana.  They also found three firearms and $2,500 in cash as well as seizing his vehicle.

Cosby was booked into the Chatham County Detention Center on multiple felony charges to include Trafficking Cocaine, Trafficking Heroin, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, three counts of Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime, and three counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

He remains in jail after being denied bond during a court appearance in the Chatham County Recorder’s Court.
