Calling all STEM Enthusiats! The Society of Women Engineers would like to invite 6-12th grade students, and friends to attend its 5th annual Girls Engineer It Day!
It’s a one day event focused on teaching hands-on STEM activities and letting girls decide if Engineering/STEM is a career path they would consider in their future.
Students will go through three activities focused on different kinds of engineering taught by local technologists.
It takes place Saturday, September 17, from 1 to 5:30pm at Woodville-Tompkins Tech & Career High School.
The event is limited to the first 200 middle school and 100 high school students who register.
