Gaston is expected to become a hurricane again on Saturday.
At 11 am, the center of Tropical Storm Gaston was about 1110 miles ESE of Bermuda, latitude 25.2 north, longitude 48.3 west. Gaston is moving toward the north-northwest near 17 mph. The storm is forecast to turn back toward the northwest or west-northwest, but decrease in forward speed the next few days.
Maximum sustained winds remain near 65 mph with higher gusts. Some strengthening is expected in the next 48 hours and Gaston is expected to become a hurricane again Saturday.
