Zika case confirmed in Bulloch County

BULLOCH CO., GA – (WSAV) Georgia Southern University Student Health Services announced an individual in Bulloch County tested positive for Zika virus. GSU Health services added that the case is travel related and they say there is no evidence that Zika is being transmitted in the area. To date, there are approximately 60 other travel-related Zika cases throughout Georgia and no evidence of local transmission in Georgia.
