AUGUSTA (WJBF) – Georgia and South Carolina both rank near the bottom for places to give birth to and care for a baby, according to wallethub.com.
The personal finance website ranked all 50 states and the District of Columbia using several criteria, including cost of delivery, health care and “baby friendliness”. The result? Georgia ranked 47th out of 51 and South Carolina wasn’t much better coming in at 41.
