Here’s your chance to beat the heat with the entire family.
Join the Savannah Children’s Museum for Splash Fest- an annual summer event for fun and educational aquatic activities.
The festival takes place Saturday, July 23rd from 9 am to 2pm at Savannah Children’s Museum on Louisville Rd.
Guests can see and learn about Terrapin turtles, discover the marine conservation efforts in our region, participate in water themed hands-on activities, and have fun in a dunking booth!
Kids can also take part in a Smart Start Nutrition Workshop on why water is important for our bodies, and an oil spill cleanup activity to share the best ways to protect our environment and natural resources.
Bring snacks or a packed lunch and Don’t forget to the water and sun screen- because all of the activities are outdoors.
The Naked Dog Savannah food truck will also be available for hotdogs, snacks and sodas!
The cost is $7.50 for guests 18 months and older- which includes regular admission to Savannah Children’s Museum. It’s free for Coastal Heritage Society members.
