Savannah Police searching for home invasion suspects

NEWS 3 UPDATE: The police report shows four gunmen were involved in this robbery.
The men knocked at the door, telling residents they were looking for work. They offered to pressure-wash the house. Residents refused. That’s when the men forced their way inside.
The men took a wedding ring, a Rolex watch and other jewelry worth tens of thousands of dollars.
SAVANNAH, Ga. – Police are looking for men who broke into a home and robbed the residents at gunpoint.

It happened in the 100 block of Wheatherby Court around 9:00am Tuesday.

Police say the suspects forced their way into the home and took belongings from the residents at gunpoint.

The suspects, described by police as black males, left the scene in a red sedan.
