He’s a burglar who is willing to break in to the same store not once, but twice, all within a month.
Shannon Hardwick is a 43 year old convicted felon who was already well known to police and the prison system.
With a history behind bars that started back in 1993. Now he is wanted again.
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police say he was caught on tape breaking into Fleet Feet on Waters ave..
“He burglarized it twice,” explained SCMPD Detective Matt Fogarty. “Once on May 9. Once on June 14th getting away with approximately $12,000 worth of women’s merchandise.”
Surveillance video caught two men, including a man believed to be Hardwick in the act before and during his crime spree.
“Walking around the business initially get clear shots of his body and face he then walks around to the door side of the building where he uses his body force to open the door and the alarm goes off but he’s in and out pretty fast grabbing as much clothing as he can,” explained Hardwick.
Shannon Hardwick is 5’9″ tall, 230 pounds.
Investigators believe he is in the are of the Waters ave corridor, possibly near 39th street.
