THUNDERBOLT, Ga. – Georgia State Patrol is investigating an accident over the weekend that claimed the life of a Savannah business owner.
Ross Arnsdorff, owner of Gaucho on Victory Drive, was killed when Anthony Baxter ran a red light striking Arnsdorff’s vehicle.
Baxter fled from the scene after being helped from his vehicle by witnesses, investigators say. He was later found by Thunderbolt Police who fought them before being tased.
He was treated at Memorial and transported Baxter to the Chatham County Jail and is charged with Vehicular Homicide and DUI.
