UPDATE: Fell Street shooting leaves man in critical care

Savannah, GA (WSAV) – One man is recovering in the hospital after police say he was shot in West Savannah Tuesday evening.

It was revealed that the man shot was Deavalon Samules, 22. He was seriously injured from the gunshot wound and taken to Memorial University Medical Center where he remains in critical care, according to a release from police.

SCMPD arrived at the 200 block of Fell Street right around 9 p.m., survived the area and questioned several people but were unable to obtain a suspect description.
