Happy Pi Day!

Whether you celebrate Pi Day or Pie Day (we don’t judge) that day is today, 3/14, March 14th.

Pi is the mathematical constant 3.14159… (usually rounded to 3.14) that represents the ratio of the circumference of a circle to the diameter. Hint: Circumference is distance around the outside of the circle. Diameter is the distance all the way across the middle. So the circumference is equal to the diameter times pi. Pi as a decimal goes on into infinity.

Most people like pie better, and that’s ok too. Have a great day either way!
