Savannah businessman Howard Morrison will be the third and final presenter in Savannah Chatham County Public School System’s Inaugural Passport to Excellence Lecture Series.
The free series features lectures by accomplished individuals who attended or graduated from Savannah-Chatham schools discussing their careers and their insights about success and how to achieve it.
A graduate of Yale University, Morrison attributes much of his successes to the educational start he received through SCCPSS. He attended Massie School from the second grade to the sixth grade, and will speak on those formative years and how they helped shape his career.
One of Morrison’s latest endeavors is Verdant Kitchen- a gourmet health and wellness company- that made Opera’s “favorite things” list in 2015.
Passport to Excellence Lecture Series will take place from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21st, at Woodville-Tompkins Technical & Career High School, 151 Coach Joe Turner Street.
