Town Hall Meeting Set for Hardeeville

Hardeeville is set to host a town hall style forum to discuss the different methods of municipal elections available in the state of South Carolina.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the community room at City Hall, according to a release sent out by Juan Singleton, Media Director (HTVN).

City council and members of the community will be given opportunities to state their opinions on the presentation of the five different types of elections that be held for a municipality and the proper steps to change the election method.

City council members are elected in at-large races, as well as the mayoral race.
