WIAT 42 News Reported Stephon Dingle was the first to arrive on Jefferson Avenue in Birmingham to speak to those impacted by a possible tornado.
Christmas Day has been a very active one in Central Alabama.
First, heavy rainfall produced flash flooding in our northern counties, and there is still a flooding threat through the evening, as heavy rain continues.
