Stocks in China plunge

World financial markets are starting to stabilize, but stocks in China plunge again.

The Shanghai composite index fell as much as 6.4% in the first minutes of trading today. However, the index recovered slightly and closed down 3.9%, 244 points.

On Monday, August 24, China suffered its biggest loss in eight years.
