Vice President Biden To Speak at Chattanooga Memorial Service

Thousands of people will gather in Chattanooga today for a memorial service honoring the five servicemen killed in last month’s shooting. Vice President Joe Biden will speak at the ceremony that is being held on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. People will remember the four marines and navy sailor who were killed during a shooting rampage.

One of the victims, Lance Corporal Skip Wells, attended Georgia Southern University for one semester in the fall of 2013.

The memorial service begins at 2 p.m.
