Recognizing Drowning Victims

When hearing the word drown most people picture a kid waving and flapping its arms above the water screaming for help.

However, it’s quite the opposite; kids who start to drown can barely breathe so they do not have enough air to scream out for help.

Also when they try to kick and splash all the action is not heard above water which makes them hardly noticeable

Adults need to be more aware of their surrounding, by doing that a life could be saved each day.
