Timothy Monroe and Shontavious Mincey are both accused of being involved in a drug ring which operated in the middle of a neighborhood.

“This is one of the most blatant acts of open air drug sales we saw during this operation,” explained Gene Harley of Savannah-Chatham CNT. “These group of individuals would all work together have people working as lookouts, were selling the drugs almost as if they had a business license.”

“Its almost like it was an open market where they were openly selling to whoever would walk up, fight each other for the business,” said Harley.

4 of the people involved in that crack cocaine sales business have already been arrested, Mincey and Monroe remain on the run.

Tim Monroe is 35 years old, 5 foot 6 165 pounds.

Shontavious Mincey is 39 years old, 5 foot 8 190 lbs.

Both are believed to be on Savannah’s westside, possible close to the area of West 39th street.

If you can help find them, call CNT or Crimestoppers right away at (912) 234-2020.
