On January 17, 2013, twenty-one year old Cory Joseph Wilson died as a result of a fatal heart arrhythmia. Regrettably, there was not an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) available to treat Cory at the time when he needed it the most. It is our hope that this annual tournament and future events will result in AEDs being placed in numerous facilities throughout our community.
