Nancy Harman didn’t get a chance to talk with Brian until hours after his victory. He was on the plane waiting for takeoff when he finally had a chance to call back home. She says she was pretty nervous watching Brian come down the stretch Sunday evening… but confident once his approach shot hit the 18th green and all he needed was a 3-putt from there to secure the biggest win of his golf career.
Brian has propelled to 14th in the FedEx Cup standings. He’ll tee off Thursday morning at 5:54 (EST) in The Open Championship at Royal Liverpool in Hoylake, England.
