Year after year, WSAV is, by far, the most recognized Savannah television station for outstanding journalism with special emphasis on Big Stories that have an impact on all of our lives. 

Since 2001, WSAV has received 125 honors from the Georgia Associated Press.   Since 2002, WSAV News 3 has received the prestigious Regional Edward R. Murrow Award 43 times and twice has won a coveted National Murrow Award for Newscast and Continuing Coverage of a major story.

Add 12 Bryan Awards, 9 Georgia Association of Broadcasters GABBY Awards, an Emmy Award and four other EMMY nominations in the last three years.

We are proud of our team and the consistently high standard of journalism with which they serve the viewers of Georgia and South Carolina.
