(Savannah) – WSAV has learned that Brian Coleman has been tabbed to take over as head football coach at Bible Baptist.  Coleman has been an assistant at the Savannah private school.

Former St. Andrew’s coach David Boylston was set to take over the program for the 2014-15 school year.  The school sent out a release of this change in March.  However, Boylston had not signed the contract.  He tells WSAV that the two parties were unable to come to a full agreement on contract details and that he has turned down the job.

Coleman will be officially named football coach Thursday night at the school’s sports banquet.  Bible Baptist is also expected to name an athletic director at that time.

The AD position was vacated by Brad Bochette who is moving back after the school year to be closer to family in Florence, South Carolina.
