How cold is it in Iowa? Well, it's so cold that a wet T-shirt froze stiff in under a minute.
Tom Rauen, of Dubuque, uploaded a video to YouTube of his frozen fun in the frigid cold.
Wind chill values dropped to about 20 below zero.
Mr. Rauen is the owner of Envision Tees, and he decided to have some fun with the Arctic chill. He doused a T-shirt in water and then headed outside. Quickly, the shirt becomes a little stiff. Then Mr. Rauen takes out the hanger and starts to push out the sides to make it look like it is being worn by a person.
After less than a minute, the shirt is standing up completely on its own. Then Mr. Rauen take the shirt inside and tears it in half.
