Champions Tour Director of Communications Mark Willams told WSAV back in September that he was officially informed in July that Liberty Mutual Insurance was leaving their long-standing sponsorship with this tournament that dated back to 1980.

The tournament will go on.  The big question is when and where?  Williams tells WSAV that the tournament could very well be played at the Club at Savannah Harbor in April, but without a title sponsor.  But two other scenarios still exist: a title sponsor comes aboard and keeps the tournament in Savannah, or the tournament moves to another site.
