Jordan has coached the boys' basketball team for more than a decade and a half.  But is now called upon to help the football team re-group after David Jackson resigned last month.

Jordan was a receiver for Savannah State College before becoming a high school coach.  He led the Blue Jackets junior varsity team to an undefeated season in 1996, the last season the varsity team at SHS had a winning season.
